If a student is out of uniform

In short

A student who arrives out of uniform is sent to the School Uniform Coordinator to borrow a second-hand item for the day. Parents wash and return the borrowed item the next day. Repeated uniform concerns are handled through the normal behaviour procedures.

On the day

If students attend school out of uniform, they are sent to the School Uniform Coordinator to collect a second-hand uniform item for the day. Parents must wash and return the borrowed item the next day.

If it keeps happening

Uniform concerns are managed through the school’s behaviour and discipline procedures:

1. A verbal reminder from a teacher, coordinator or the Head of School.
2. Parents informed of the concern, the correction required, and the timeframe for addressing it.
3. Further actions in line with the behaviour and discipline policy if needed.
