Break & lunch times

In short

Every student has a shared 15-minute break from 09:50 to 10:05 and a lunch break from 11:55 to 12:45, which includes time to eat in the cafeteria. Both are supervised by KSIM staff.

Supervision and the weather

All break and lunch times are supervised by KSIM staff.

Students are expected to wear appropriate clothing when outdoors and to be prepared for a variety of weather conditions — sun, light rain, snow. On the occasions that weather conditions do not support going outdoors, break times are held indoors.

Food at lunch

Lunch is provided for every student and packed lunches are not permitted. See canteen & dietary requirements.

No devices may be used, or be on the tables, in the Common Area or Canteen at meal times. See responsible use of technology.
