In short

The KSIM campus — buildings and outdoor facilities — is open from 07:30 to 16:00. Outside those hours, students should not be on campus unless it has been approved or they are part of a school or boarding activity. Boarding students are the exception.

Full policy

The KSIM campus (building and outdoor facilities) is open from 07:30 – 16:00. With the exception of the boarding students, students should not be on campus outside of these hours without approval, or unless they are part of a school or boarding sponsored activity.

What this means in practice

• Dropping a child off before 07:30 leaves them unsupervised — supervision begins at 07:40. See arrival.
• After-school activities finish at 15:30, well inside the 16:00 close.
• If your child needs to be on site outside these hours for any other reason, it has to be agreed with the school first.
