Arrival

In short

Aim to arrive between 07:40 and 07:55. Supervision starts at 07:40, and registration is at 07:55 — anyone arriving after that has to report to the main Reception desk to be recorded as a late arrival.

Getting to school

Students may arrive by bus, be dropped off by a parent or a driver, or walk or cycle if they live nearby. Supervision for all students begins at 07:40.

Where to go, 07:40 – 07:55

PYPPrimary Years Programme — Nursery through Year 6. — Nursery to Year 6. Stay in the playground until the bell rings at 07:55, then join the line for the class teacher. When the weather does not allow this, go straight to the classroom.

MYPMiddle Years Programme — Year 7 through Year 11. — Years 7 to 11. Prepare for the day and go to the homeroom, arriving in time for registration no later than 07:55.

DPDiploma Programme — Years 12 and 13. — Years 12 and 13. Prepare for the day and go to the DP Exchange, arriving at the homeroom in time for registration no later than 07:55.

Arriving late

Registration is taken in ManageBacThe school system where attendance, behaviour records and reports are kept. Referred to as "MB" in the Handbook. each day at 07:55 — by the class teacher in PYP, and by the homeroom teacher in MYP and DP. Students who arrive after 07:55 report to the main Reception desk, and Reception staff record the late arrival.
